A phone conversation w/Big Shim, Thurs. afternoon Dec. 4

I called Braintree when Uncle Bruce was there tonight, and Dad and I had a good conversation. One of the first things he told me to do is to coordinate with Bruce for his return to Orchard Cove. He also told me that he couldn't resist trying a cookie that an OC visitor had brought him, so I've asked Steve that when he gives the next update to the OC concierge desk to ask them to tell people to please not bring food right now, since Dad's diet is restricted. Anyway, Dad told me the cookie he tasted was "hard to digest" so he drank some milk to help it down. He said Hookie ("who's very active at OC, almost as much as yours truly") and her husband had a long visit, which he really enjoyed. He said he's working hard with the therapists, that they've been working on moving his eyes and moving his head, and that he feels himself making progress.
